This man who entered into his 80 year of life named Manong Lauro live in Pandi, Bulacan. Recently we found this man in the street of Pandi with a bucket, which is full shrimp paste or better known as Bagoong to sell it door to door. Bagoong is a kind of paste which very famous in Thai cousins. For this this you need to mix small fish in brine solution with all base ingredients as per your choice and keep them cover for 40-50 days because it needs time for get ferment properly.
No Wants To Have This Paste On Daily Basis
As it gets fermented it doesn’t spoil easily. This is a big challenge for Manong to sell it daily to earn basic living. Instead of using a public transport he prefers to walk along the streets to sell his whole bucket. Against all odds and miserable climatic conditions his main aim is to earn that much to buy a kg of rice with some fish for the family and all day was passed in this manner. At this stage no one wants to have that pain but as we are human being our family is first and this affection gives him strength to survive for daily pain in life. This could be an energy booster for them you believe that their life is so weird and can’t survive.
